Description: Recruitment As a Service, Cost-effective, efficient, and reliable.
This is a 3, 6, and 12-month subscription package where you (the Client) will receive several Candidates' resumes for your current open job vacancies. Only once we have understood your job description and spoken to our Candidates we will send a resume to you.
We will send you our candidate's resumes over the course of your subscription where you are able to extend an offer up to x amount of Candidates (as listed below). This is our Hire A Recruiter Model.
How it works
How it works
- Within 24 hours of your subscription, you will receive a call from us to understand your business requirements.
- Within a week we will send you suitable candidates to choose from once we have screened them.
- We will continue sending you Candidates that fit the job description required or until maximum number of candidates have been placed
- 3 months: up to 2 placements
$4,500.00 + GST
- 6 months: up to 4 placements
$4,250.00 + GST
- 12 months: up to 6 placements
$4,000.00 + GST - Subscription services will be charged monthly as per your chosen package.
- If the proposed candidates are not suitable for the Clients roles (you), we will continue to search until the subscription expires.
- The replacement guarantee period is not valid on subscription services. However, if one Candidate leaves within your subscription period, we may offer a replacement as outlined in our terms of business.
- If you do not hire someone within your subscription period, we do not offer a refund.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
