Hi, I'm Jov.
I started Lula Group in 2020 because I was tired of watching recruitment agencies treat people like CVs and businesses like numbers on a spreadsheet.
Hiring managers were getting stacks of irrelevant resumes. Candidates were getting ghosted. Both sides were paying for it, in money, time, and morale. I knew there was a better way to do this, so I built one.
Today, Lula Group is a Sydney-based recruitment agency servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in six industries we know inside out, we offer two clear service models depending on what you actually need, and we operate with one rule that hasn't changed since day one: we only put forward people we'd hire ourselves.
