A leading pharmaceutical and consumer goods company, highly regarded across ANZ, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney-based team. With a strong presence in Nutrition, Health, Household care, and Beauty, they are expanding their footprint in the Household Care space and need someone who can drive commercial partnerships and support strategic growth.

The Opportunity
As the Account Manager for Household Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, supporting new product launches, and driving commercial strategy within the Home Care portfolio. Working closely with the Commercial & Operations Manager and reporting to the General Manager, this is a great step for someone with 2-4 years in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or raw ingredients looking to take ownership of accounts and make a real impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing B2B accounts, with a focus on Home & Household Care
- Support product launches and promotions by liaising with marketing and supply chain teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform strategy
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and support onboarding processes
- Attend industry trade shows and supplier meetings as a company representative
Your Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in Account Management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or raw ingredients
- Exposure to household care products or cleaning/consumables is a plus
- Excellent relationship management and commercial acumen
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field is beneficial
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred
