Description: Recruitment As a Service is cost-effective, efficient, and reliable.

If you are ready to start hiring immediately through our subscription service, please read the terms below. To proceed, click the Deposit - Book Now To Hire button above which will take you to a deposit page and our team will be in touch within a few business hours.

This is a 3, 6, and 12-month subscription package where you (the Client) will receive several Candidates' resumes for your current open job vacancies. Only once we have understood your job description and spoken to our Candidates we will send a resume to you.

This RaaS model works best when you are hiring multiple of the same position. We will send you our candidate's resumes over the course of your subscription where you are able to extend an offer up to x amount of Candidates (as listed below). This is our Hire A Recruiter Model. Recruitment as a service.

Conditions of our Hire A Recruiter - RaaS model:

  1. All hires need to be the same position title or within the same business unit/department/line of business.
  2. All hires salaries not to exceed over $100,000 AUD + Superannuation.
  3. All hires to be placed in Australia only.
  4. All hires need to be full-time positions.
  5. If your hiring needs change, we can adjust the number of active roles or keep a pipeline of pre-vetted candidates ready for when you need them.
  6. No refunds.
  7. If you choose to stop the retainer/subscription, we require it in writing and 30 days notice.

Warranties:

  1. We aim to fill all roles within the agreed time, but if any remain unfilled, we allow role rollover for 6 months to ensure you get the full value of your subscription.
  2. We specialise in hiring all roles across Retail & E-Commerce, Health & Medical, Pharmaceutical, Tech/SaaS, and SMBs with an average time-to-fill of 21 days. Here’s a success story of how we helped a company like yours.

How it works

  • Within 24 hours of your subscription, you will receive a call from us to understand your business requirements.
  • Within a week we will send you suitable candidates to choose from once we have screened them.
  • We will continue sending you Candidates that fit the job description required or until maximum number of candidates have been placed 
    - 3 months: up to 2 placements
    $4,500.00 + GST
    - 6 months: up to 4 placements
    $4,250.00 + GST
    - 12 months: up to 8 placements
    $4,000.00 + GST
  • Subscription services will be charged monthly as per your chosen package.
  • If the proposed candidates are not suitable for the Clients roles (you), we will continue to search until the subscription expires.
  • The replacement guarantee period is not valid on subscription services.
  • If you do not hire someone within your subscription period, we do not offer a refund.

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
